Laurey can do everything everybody else here does, in addition to her own job. On second thought, being able to do everything is her job.

As Vice President of Account Services, she is the proverbial here at which the buck stops. She gets the first calls of the day and the last ones in the evening. In the BD&H corporate anatomy, she could be viewed as the Central Nervous System, not that she's the least bit nervous.

Her client list is long and varied, with more than 15 years of agency experience, including work with such brands as Armstrong, American Woodmark, Havahart, Lebanon Seaboard and many others, including the care and feeding of our own accounts here at BD&H.

Being an avid dog fancier, Laurey has no problem giving pats on the head when they're called for. And the glass jar on her desk is always well stocked with treats.

Pavlovian? Perhaps.
