



What’s the next best thing to "a match made in heaven"? A match made by Leanne. "Sparky" as she’s often called is an expert at connections. In her spare time she loves connecting people and pets and has herself connected with 2 dogs and 2 cats, all well-loved adoptees.
As the Director of Business Development at BD&H, Leanne brings more than 10 years of relationship-building experience to the table, having generated new business relationships with companies like Ericsson, Pepsi and Abbott Labs, Red Hat, Siebel Systems and Rex Healthcare. She makes it look easy – but it’s not as easy as it looks.
It’s all too common, especially in this difficult economy, for an agency to go after any piece of new business it can get, regardless of whether or not it’s good for both the agency and the client [and it has to be good for both, or it won’t last]. So Leanne is here to always provide a 100% honest assessment of what she feels BD&H can do for a prospective client – and vice versa [since we’re all in business to succeed].
This simply means that after the honeymoon is over, the relationship is solid. She's been on the agency side and the client side so she knows her way around an agency/client relationship.
Leanne is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA and a native of the Nutmeg State. But thankfully for us at BD&H, she's now in the Tarheel State!
